Revocation right (Inside Germany)

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We will arrange for the goods to be collected. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

31 days right of return

For all carpet purchases from Jakobson Carpets, we offer the option of an additional voluntary right of return in addition to the statutory right of cancellation. The option to make use of this extended right of return begins after expiry of the statutory cancellation period and extends until the 31st day after receipt of the goods. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet this deadline. The utilisation of the voluntary right of return requires that you return the goods in their original condition, undamaged and undamaged, in the original packaging or equivalent packaging. If you would like to use our returns service, please contact our customer service by e-mail (info@jakobson-carpets.com) or by telephone. You will then receive the return information and your return label by e-mail. You also have the option of receiving the necessary documents by post.

Returns within Germany via our returns service are free of charge. Parcels that are sent carriage forward cannot be accepted by us.

For refunds, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any additional fees as a result of this refund.

Following our policy on voluntary returns does not affect your statutory right of cancellation, which remains unchanged. Until the expiry of the period for the statutory right of cancellation, only the relevant statutory provisions apply. In addition, the contractually granted (voluntary) right of return has no effect on your statutory warranty rights, which remain in full force and effect.
