Our three-year guarantee period specifically covers our hand-knotted rugs. Should a manufacturing defect occur during this period or the carpet unexpectedly lose quality, we will endeavour to offer you a solution. Please note that our guarantee only applies to hand-knotted rugs. This guarantee does not extend to other types of rugs or products in our range.
